Return Policy Overview You are entitled to a 30-day return period, which commences from the receipt of your item. For a return to be eligible, the item must be in the same unworn or unused condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Procedure Should you wish to return an item, please contact us at service@poprunlife.com for authorization. Following your return approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on the return process. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped or produced. Unfortunately, once the product is on its way, we cannot halt delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Upon delivery, inspect your order immediately. If you find any defects, damage, or discrepancies, get in touch with us right away so we can make things right. If an error on our part has caused the issue, we will take care of the shipping fees.
Non-returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return. These include used items, custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have any questions about your specific item. We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges To exchange an item, you must return the original item following our standard return process. Once we accept your return, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If the refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If your refund hasn’t been posted after 15 business days from approval, please reach out to us at service@poprunlife.com.
Additional Return Information
- Custom-orders or personalized items are final sale after the 14-day period.
- If the consumer initiates the return, they are responsible for the shipping fee, which will depend on the courier service used.
- There is no restocking fee for returning a product.
